FORT WASHINGTON, PA, January 14, 2009—BioStrategy Partners, Inc. (BioSP), a virtual life sciences incubator, announced today that it has elected David A. Niles, Senior Advisor, CresaPartners and Michael L. Rainone, Senior Vice President, Technology & Life Sciences Group, Citizens Bank to its Board of Directors.  Niles has been actively involved with BioStrategy Partners and its Keystone Innovation Zone (BioLaunch611+ KIZ) since 2006.  With ten years in commercial real estate, Niles has pioneered a life sciences platform, establishing a specialty discipline within the industry.  He offers unique expertise and experience to technology transfer offices and their portfolio companies, helping to educate and prepare them for the impact that real estate will have on cash flow, growth and exit strategies.  Rainone is a commercial banker who has spent his entire banking career in the Philadelphia region working with middle market companies as well as large corporate entities.  Currently responsible for the Technology & Life Sciences Group, he has been with Citizens Bank (formerly Mellon) for the last fourteen years, holding positions as Mid-Atlantic Sales Manager for Mellon’s asset based lending division and head of Business Development for the Commercial Banking Group.  “David and Mike bring years of real estate and banking experience, respectively, to our board of directors,” said Karen J.
